The main body of the spiral stack sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed rings, movable ringsand spiral filter parts. lt organically combines the filtering and concentration technology with the pressing technologyand completes the sludge concentration and pressing and dewatering work in one cylinder. in the concentrationchamber, it uses the relative movement between the fixed and movable stacks to quickly discharge the filtrate withouiclogging. in the dewaterine chamber, it uses the continous contraclion of the volume in the spiral chamber to enhancethe iternal pressure and thpressure regulating mechanism of the back pressure plate and the traditional filter cloth andcentrifugal filtration methods with a unigue and subtle
filter body mode. its advanced solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning technology will create a new era of sludge dewatering.

Concentration: When the spiral driving shat rotates, the multiple fixed and movable laminations arranged on theperiphery of the driving shaft move relatively. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out fom the gaps between the relatively moving laminaions to achieve rapid concentration.
Dehydration: The concentrated sludge moves forward continuously with the rotation ot the spiral shatt; aloncthe direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral shat gradually decreases, the gap betwen the rings alscgradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity continues to shrink; Under the action of the back pressureplate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases, and under the continuous operation of the spiral drivingshaft. the water in the sludge is squeezed out, the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, and finally the continuous dehydration of the sludge is achieved.
Self-cleaning: The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the floating ring to rotate continuously. The equipment relieson the movement between the fixed ring and the floating ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaming process, therebycleverly avoiding the blockage problem commonly found in traditional dehydrators.
